Acquisition Analyst

Job Description

Provide expertise in DoD acquisition programs to support all aspects of DoD 5000 series and other USMC or Command-specific requirements for executing PM NSC and PM TCS system acquisitions. Provide expertise to develop required DoD 5000 and Command-specific documents and presentations (e.g., briefings using multi-media (net-conferencing, digital imagery and digital video)) for internal and external stakeholders to support milestone reviews for all programs. Assist the PMs, Team Leaders and project officers with coordinating among the various functional areas to assure all required documentation is available in a timely manner to support milestone reviews. Examples of documentation required for program milestones includes, but is not limited to: Acquisition Strategies/Acquisition Plans (AS/AP’s); Naval Probability of Program Success spreadsheets and briefings; Program Management Plans, Marine Corps Single Acquisition Management Plan (MCSAMP), or equivalent separate documentation if required.

Qualification Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Acquisition 101, 102
• Experience: Five years of related experience including Project level work
