MAGTF C2 Systems Engineer IPKeys Technologies is seeking a Mid Level (SSgt – GySgt or Captain – Major) Systems Analyst with a background in Marine Corps maneuver and support operations (battalion and above).

Strongest candidates will be former Marines with communications, intelligence or aviation C2 systems experience. Fire support personnel with Fire Support Coordination Center experience, who understand how maneuver, intel and logistics synchronize capabilities within the MAGTF.

Position is currently available in Stafford VA. 7 - 10 years experience with prior knowledge of MAGTF C2 and military experience preferred. Candidate will need to posses the ability to define SE processes to implement Marine Corps Tactical Service Oriented Architectures. Candidate should understand Systems Engineering Plans, Version Requirements Documents, and Software Architecture Documents which define how the government and vendors build baseline "plumbing" (servers, data sets and network communications) to implement services for MAGTF C2 at the tactical level.

Candidate will need to understand and capture MAGTF C2 processes from doctrine, TTPs, DoDAF products and T&R manuals and compare what is needed in capability and function with the current C2 systems. Written and verbal communication skills in working within process teams are key to successful task performance.

• Provide acquisition support to the GCCS-J Program Management Office (PMO)
• Support Program on DoD Acquisition subject matters

- Author, review, and participate in document development
- Understand and research DoD Acquisition Policy and other DoD Directives
- Financial experience
- Understand Program Office Operations

• Work with team of government and contractor personnel on a daily basis to meet PMO needs
• Understanding on contracting activities to include; some financial background; evaluating options; proposing courses of action

Qualification Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required (may substitute experience)
• Some IT experience would be helpful
• Organizational skills
• MS Office expertise (Specifically Power Point, MS Project, Word)
• Good writing and verbal skills

Upon hire, candidate must have or be able to obtain US Government Security Clearance Level Secret (IPKeys Will Sponsor)
