Mrs. Nawy oversees the corporate development, financial and administrative functions of IPKeys. She founded IPKeys with the philosophy of creating lasting value for clients with a corporate culture that aligns results with employee ownership. Mrs. Nawy is also instrumental in the Management Consulting Services Division (“MCS”) providing services that include infrastructure development, customer service, product distribution, business development, marketing, administration, logistics, billing, collection and financial reporting. She is a CPA and MBA from Rutgers University and has public accounting experience with one of the largest CPA firms in the Washington DC area, Watkins, Meegan and Drury.
Mr. Pappas brings to IPKeys over 26 years of progressive executive management and technical experience in the DoD, Federal, State and Local Governments markets. With a concentration in the Information Technology (IT) and Information Assurance (IA) sectors, Mr. Pappas also brings a record of success in winning and managing multi-million dollar programs. Mr. Pappas specializes in team building and relationship management as well as business development groups and executive management teams. A graduate from Virginia Military Institute and a former Army R&D Officer, Mr. Pappas oversees the Information Assurance, Systems Engineering, Program Acquisition and Management teams, as well as the Gaming Solutions and Simulation Divisions of IPKeys.
Mr. Nawy has served in these roles since the inception of IPKeys in 2005 and oversees the development and delivery of IPKeys’ Municipal and Smart Grid products and services. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Open Automated Demand Response (OpenADR) Alliance and is an active member of the Advanced Energy Management Alliance (AEMA).
Mr. Nawy also served as CFO & VP Business Development of Exenet, the first Application Infrastructure Provider (“AIP”) and as CFO of Maden Technologies, a DoD focused high technology services provider.
Additionally, with an MBA, CPA and Civil Engineering credentials from Rutgers University, Mr. Nawy oversees all internal Corporate Services functions of IPKeys and has successful capital raising, merger and acquisitions, strategic partnership and solution implementation and delivery experience in evolving IP technologies in the commercial sector.
Mr. Bochonok comes to IPKeys with over 20 years of progressive executive management experience in the DoD. Mr. Bochonok retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel with his last position at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as the Deputy Project Manager for the Global Combat Support System, an ACAT 1A program. Mr. Bochonok brings a consistent record of success in managing numerous multi-million dollar programs. He holds a Level 3 DoD Acquisition Certification in program management and information technology and holds a BS in Engineering, MS in Information Technology and a MBA. Mr. Bochonok leads the Integration and Engineering Solutions group of IPKeys and is located in Northern Virginia.
Mr. Art Clomera joined IPKeys with over 20 years of progressive technical leadership in the DoD. Mr. Clomera was most recently vice president for cyber and software programs. He has held a variety of positions in engineering, program management, and software development. Mr. Clomera retired from the Army as a Software Acquisition officer supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
Mr. Clomera earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of California, Davis and a master’s degree in software engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey CA. He also holds a Level 3 DoD Acquisition Certification in Information Resource Management.
Mr. Havens has been with IPKeys since 2008 and has served as VP of Technology since 2011. His responsibilities include identification and implementation of corporate technical direction for many of the products and services offerings of IPKeys. Mr. Havens is also responsible for overall leadership of the San Diego, CA operations and the Municipal and Smart Grid services sectors of the company. Dan’s management experience includes assignments at the corporate level for Comstream, MC Info, and IPKeys. Dan’s technical background includes expertise in optical, satellite, VoIP, MPLS, SONET, metro, mesh, wireless and LAN/WAN technologies with Cisco, Motorola, Tropos, Juniper, and many other leading vendors. Mr. Havens holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Washington.
Mr. Michael Hoover, who has more than 30 years of experience in leadership and management within the wireless networking industry, leads the company’s growth in the Municipal, Public Safety and Long Term Evolution services markets. He is charged with identifying avenues for growth, adjacent market expansion, and defining, packaging and positioning offerings. Mr. Hoover earned a bachelor of business degree from Olivet College in Michigan, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix Chicago.
