The IPKeys Information Assurance Staff offers professional, best value services supporting mission critical IA solutions and remediation strategies for legacy and emerging Information Systems.  The core competencies of this group lie in the support and management of the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) as well as the implementation of Defense in Depth, providing comprehensive, layered protection from exploits and attacks against the Information Systems, network and enterprise.  The concentration of the IA Group centers on policies and procedures, Public Key Infrastructure, Biometrics, Identity/Privilege Management, Intrusion Detection/Prevention, Auditing, Cross Domain Security Implementation and Management, Cryptographic Services and antivirus protection.

In addition, IPKeys is a premier provider of services as they pertain to C&A under the process defined by the Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP). The DIACAP is complex and critical to maintaining the integrity of our nation’s defense IT infrastructure, and selecting the correct preparation strategy can mean the difference between success and failure.

IPKeys has demonstrated experience providing both fully-managed, turnkey DIACAP/FISMA services and also itemized supplemental support for existing C&A activities within the defense and intelligence communities.  The complete C&A package includes drafting and finalization of all required DIACAP documents, including the System Identification Profile, DIACAP Implementation Plan, supporting certification artifact documentation, and the security Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).  IPKeys also provides for the establishment of accreditation boundaries, the analysis, hardening, and verification of devices within the system, participation in the validation process by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and ongoing post-accreditation documentation, change management, vulnerability management and mitigation, and support.
