Biographies

Lanfen C. Nawy – CEO, Ms. Nawy oversees the corporate development, financial and administrative functions of IPKeys. She founded IPKeys with the philosophy of creating lasting value for clients with a corporate culture that aligns results with employee ownership. Ms. Nawy is also instrumental in the Management Consulting Services Division (“MCS”) providing services that include infrastructure development, customer service, product distribution, business development, marketing, administration, logistics, billing, collection and financial reporting. She is a CPA and MBA from Rutgers University and has public accounting experience with one of the largest CPA firms in the Washington DC area, Watkins, Meegan and Drury.

Mark Pappas – President, Mr. Pappas brings to IPKeys over 26 years of progressive executive management and technical experience in the DoD, Federal, State and Local Governments markets. With a concentration in the Information Technology (IT) and Information Assurance (IA) sectors, Mr. Pappas also brings a record of success in winning and managing multi-million dollar programs. Mr. Pappas specializes in team building and relationship management as well as business development groups and executive management teams. A graduate from Virginia Military Institute and a former Army R&D Officer, Mr. Pappas oversees the Information Assurance, Systems Engineering, Program Acquisition and Management teams, as well as the Gaming Solutions and Simulation Divisions of IPKeys.

Robert Nawy – Managing Director and CFO, Mr. Nawy has served in these roles since the inception of IPKeys and comes from Stronghold Technologies, a publicly held technology company that created the first wireless CRM solution for the automobile retail industry. Mr. Nawy also served as CFO of Exenet, the first Application Infrastructure (" AIP ") and CFO of Maden Technologies, a DoD focused services provider. With an MBA, CPA and engineering credentials from Rutgers University, Mr. Nawy oversees the Consulting and Software group of IPKeys and has successful capital raising, M&A, strategic partnership and implementation and delivery experience in evolving IP technologies in the commercial sector.

Jeff Bochonok – Executive Vice President, Integration and Engineering, Mr. Bochonok comes to IPKeys with over 20 years of progressive executive management experience in the DoD. Mr. Bochonok retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel with his last position at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as the Deputy Project Manager for the Global Combat Support System, an ACAT 1A program. Mr. Bochonok brings a consistent record of success in managing numerous multi-million dollar programs. He holds a Level 3 DoD Acquisition Certification in program management and information technology and holds a BS in Engineering, MS in Information Technology and a MBA. Mr. Bochonok leads the Integration and Engineering Solutions group of IPKeys and is located in Northern Virginia.

Kim McCaffrey- Executive Vice President, Mr. McCaffrey comes to IPKeys an experienced business professional well rooted in California and a veteran of nearly 30 years in the information technology field.  Kim is a successful entrepreneur, having formed and sold three businesses over the last fifteen years and has worked for a host of public and private high tech manufacturing firms.  In particular, he is well acquainted with the challenges and business issues faced by storage, communication and network equipment manufacturers and thus well suited to assess their viability as potential vendors to BWP.  He holds a BA in Psychology and a BS in Business Administration from Chico State University.
