IPKeys Technologies, LLC is a prime contract holder for the Global Information Grid (GIG) Services Management-Engineering, Transition and Implementation (GSM-ETI) program. IPKeys will provide the resources necessary to carry out the required engineering, transition/implementation, integration; connection approval and IT service management activities, in support of existing and future DISN networking capabilities.
The functional scope of ETI services to support DISA-provided networks and infrastructure on a global basis are: Management, Telecommunications Network Engineering, Service Transition and Implementation and ITIL-Derived Technical Support.
GSM-ETI is a multiple award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract supports Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Firm Price with Incentive (FPI), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), or Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) type task orders in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 16.5 – Indefinite Delivery Contracts.
The GSM-ETI contract has a five-year period of performance from Dec. 21, 2012 consisting of one, two-year (24-months) base period with one, two-year (24-months) option period and one, one-year (12-months) option period.
