Customized Management Reports

IPKeys collaborates with the management team to provide follow on development to include value added Management Reports. These management reports will be derived from the data that has been populated in the PMO and with a pre-approved scope determination from management may deliver the following type of customized reports:

• Collaboration with management to develop Management Reports that score the performance of Subcontractors based on milestone schedule achievement, and a comparison of the amount of planned budget and the amount of budget earned for work accomplished.
• Collaboration with management to develop Management Reports that address the Performance Work Statement Section for Earned Value Management (“EVM”). These reports will focus on satisfying the EVM goal of integrating cost, schedule and technical performance which addresses the evolution and change in Defense Acquisition Policies.
