C4ISR Systems Analyst

Job Description :
The applicant will be a part of a team that provides studies and analysis for various DoD Commands. The position requires previous experience in using models and simulations (M&S) to assess the performance of future C4ISR systems. Direct experience with existing OTS and COTS models is highly desirable. The Analyst will be responsible for working with the customer to scope and define simulation runs as well as the analysis of data outputs. Excellent, proven written and oral communication skills are required to enable the staff member to: define the problem(s), conduct appropriate analysis by applying various techniques, and present the findings and recommendations to the customers.

Education and Required Skills: B.S. in Computer Sciences, Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or related field with experience defining analytical problem(s)and in conducting analysis by applying various techniques. Experience developing and refining measures of performance, measures of effectiveness and measures of outcome. Familiarity with computer based business process flow modeling. An understanding of the technical challenges important to C4ISR systems. Strong written and oral communication skills

Desired Skills:
Experience using models and simulations (M&S) to assess end-to-end C4ISR system performance.
