Principal Systems Engineering Manager

Job Description :
This opening requires a senior level systems engineer with a broad base of experience with the ability work across various defense systems and the ability to analyze and synthesize complex technical and programmatic issues into concise reports can be digested by senior acquisition decision makers. Of special interest will be experience with complex system of system and family of system programs. Some CONUS travel is required.

Education and Required Skills:
BS in Systems Engineering, or other engineering discipline, and 12 years general experience with at least 5 years of C4ISR systems experience. Must have the ability to organize, lead and conduct analyses, write effectively, organize material and communicate effectively at the senior decision maker level within the DoD. Familiarity with DoD 5000 publications and Acquisition Guidebook also a must.

Desired Skills:
Experience with DoD programs is highly desired. Hands on systems engineering experience at the program office or PEO with experience with large scale development and integration also desired.
