Program Manager

Job Description:
The Program Manager will report to Corporate Senior management and will assist in managing the implementation and execution of multiple task orders under DoD C4ISR related support contracts. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that business objectives and quality requirements are met. Duties will include (but are not limited to): all aspects of identifying, interviewing and placing personnel in support of new and existing contracts; building a solid technical relationship with the prime contractor and team members (where applicable); working directly with customers and team members to determine project scope and specifications; interfacing with DoD and government managers and providing research and analysis to help define current and future contract support needs; directing project team personnel on technical and administrative matters; supporting in the creation and maintenance of an environment conducive to the professional growth and development of staff; managing project costs and schedules.

Education:
BS/BA required. Advanced engineering principles or PM certification preferred.

Required Skills:
Must possess a current Secret clearance and have eight years experience working on projects or programs with at least 5 years of successful task lead experience. Should also have previous experience working in support of DoD and C4ISR systems. Must have the capability for planning, organizing, directing and tracking technical, cost, and schedule for major elements of project Must have proven written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills :
Direct experience in supporting DoD contracts, as a program manager, project manager, or task leader of a large task order. Familiarity with DoD and U.S. Army C4ISR programs and concepts.

Able to Obtain Clearance: Secret and above
