GCCS-J Systems Test Manager

Job Description:

IPKeys Technologies is seeking highly qualified candidates to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) mission of providing Global Command and Control System-Joint (GCCS-J) Deployment and Sustainment Technical Support.  Activities included in this overall support contract range from test strategy and configuration management, product quality assurance, operational and technical transition planning, Tier-3 help desk operations, fielding, exercise and contingency support.

Candidates for this position will be subject to a government background investigation and must have an active Secret clearance to access classified information.  US Citizenship required.

A successful GCCS-J Systems Test Manager candidate will perform the following job functions:

  • Be well experienced in a broad range of GCCS-J technical and functional expertise including Joint Operations Planning and Execution (JOPES), Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS), Joint Mission Applications, Common Operational Picture, and Integrated Imagery & Intelligence, Sun Solaris, Windows XP, Oracle, and WebLogic.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of testing methodologies and functionality of computer systems in an integrated environment to support GCCS-J test activities.
  • Manage a team of testing resources to meet the test production schedule. 
  • Oversee the development of test plans, functional and hardware requirements, system interdependencies, software architectures, test schedules, and test problem resolution in support of GCCS-J testing activities. 
  • Oversee data collection during testing.
  • Develop test reports including test objectives, test results, performance metrics and associated risks. 
  • Coordinate with the GCCS-J Systems Release Manager to ensure test events supports release schedules. 
Qualifications
  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience:  Ten years of related experience
  • Education Substitution:  2 years related experience substitutes for Associates degree; 4 years related experience substitutes for Bachelors degree.
