GCCS-J Systems Test Lead (JOPES, SORTS, GLOBAL & Performance)

Job Description:

IPKeys Technologies is seeking highly qualified candidates to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) mission of providing Global Command and Control System-Joint (GCCS-J) Deployment and Sustainment Technical Support.  Activities included in this overall support contract range from test strategy and configuration management, product quality assurance, operational and technical transition planning, Tier-3 help desk operations, fielding, exercise and contingency support. 

Candidates for this position will be subject to a government background investigation and must have an active Secret clearance to access classified information.  US Citizenship required.

A successful GCCS-J Systems Test Lead candidate will perform the following job functions:

• Be well experienced in a broad range of GCCS-J technical and functional expertise including Joint Operations Planning and Execution (JOPES), Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS), Joint Mission Applications, Common Operational Picture, and Integrated Imagery & Intelligence, Sun Solaris, Windows XP, Oracle, and Weblogic.
• Possess a thorough understanding of testing methodologies and functionality of computer systems in an integrated environment to support GCCS-J test activities to include development of test vignettes, Master Scenario Event Lists (MSELs), and Functional Test Descriptions.
• Experience using performance testing tools Mercury LoadRunner and WinRunner
• Support testing, integration and fielding of various GCCS-J releases (i.e. JOPES, SORTS, and GLOBAL). 
• As a member of the test team, identify functional and hardware requirements, system interdependencies, software architectures, develop test plans and test schedules. 
• Provide troubleshooting support in areas such as user operating problems, application problems, database problems, system administration problems, system configuration issues and malfunctions, and network operating problems. 
• Provide technical and systems security troubleshooting analysis as required for the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO). 
• Provide information such as collected test data, analysis of test results and recommendations in support of various status reports.
